The Cedarville Township Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) will hold a public hearing at the Township Office located at 13 S Main Street. Suite 13, Cedarville on August 27, 2025, at 7:00 pm.

The purpose of the public hearing is to review and act on a Variance to Cedarville Township Zoning Resolution Section 507.1 and 507.2, which require no building in the minimum front yard setback and no building in front of the main dwelling. The subject property is owned by R Andrew & Joy M Kitzmiller and is located at 3315 US 42 E. The property has 2.72 acres in the RS Single Family Residential District.  Parcel ID D08000100170002600.
